Finished!

Everlasting Bagstopper - done. And fairly quickly, even tho the hemp was really rough on my hands. I can't wait to get some ribbon for the handles so I can start using this. There are definitely more of these bags in my future. But I may try kitchen cotton like so many others on Ravelry have done.

Ooo! Very nice! And the ribbon? I can't wait to see what you pick.

I just read the post about the job. Sorry it sucks so much. It's hard to work so much and not get any positive reinforcement and even harder to make yourself look busy to justify your job. I hope things get better for you. I used to have several of those bags in my car and someone stole them. Now I can make some to replace my bags. Maybe not in hemp, though.

I garter stitched a long crossbody strap and it worked well/ I also knit a bag in cotton and am on the lookout for twine.
